1. License to Use the Game

Trusabi Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and play Crunchy's Cookie Dash for your own non-commercial entertainment.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the game or any of its content to you.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Crunchy's Cookie Dash, including its software, artwork, characters, animations, music, sound effects, levels, logos, designs, and other content, is owned by Trusabi Games or used with permission.

The game and its content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, unauthorized modifications, exploits, bots, or automation that interfere with normal gameplay.
• Attempt to disrupt the game, its advertising services, store services, or related systems.
• Use the game or its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without written permission from Trusabi Games.

4. Advertisements

The game may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. Trusabi Games does not control every advertisement, destination, product, or service promoted by third parties.

Your interactions with third-party advertisements and websites are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

5. Optional In-App Purchases

Crunchy's Cookie Dash may offer optional in-app purchases, including voluntary tips or support purchases. These purchases do not provide a competitive gameplay advantage unless clearly stated within the game.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds, payment methods, and purchase restoration are governed by the policies of the store through which the purchase was made.

6. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, balance changes, or additional content at any time.

We do not guarantee that the game, every feature, advertisements, or store services will always be available without interruption.

7. Save Data

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device, or losing access to the device may permanently remove locally stored progress.

Trusabi Games is not responsible for lost local save data except where required by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the game is also governed by the Crunchy's Cookie Dash Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from all harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusabi Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the game or related services if these Terms are violated, where technically necessary, or where required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the game after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
